Terms of Service.

Last updated 26 July 2026

These terms govern your use of rawa (the “Service”), a web application that edits fashion product photographs using artificial intelligence. The Service is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [NIF/CIF], [REGISTERED ADDRESS], Melilla, Spain (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms.

1. What the Service does

You upload a photograph of a garment. The Service produces edited versions of it — typically the garment isolated on a plain background, or the same garment rendered in a different colour. Every result is shown to you for review; nothing is published anywhere by us. You decide whether to download and use a result.

2. Accounts

Accounts are created by email; we do not use passwords. You are responsible for keeping access to your email address secure, and for activity carried out through your account. You must be at least 18 years old, and if you use the Service on behalf of a business you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

3. Credits

4. Payment

Prices are shown on the rate card and are stated in euro. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your card details. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your billing location. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel, which you can do at any time from your account. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Your content, and what we may do with it

You keep all rights in the photographs you upload and in the images the Service produces from them. You grant us only the limited licence needed to run the Service: to store your photograph, transmit it to our AI processing provider, generate results, and make those results available to you.

We do not use your images to train AI models, and we do not license them to anyone else. Uploads and results are deleted from our systems 30 days after they are created.

6. What you promise about what you upload

7. AI results are drafts until you approve them

AI-generated images can contain errors — a detail reconstructed incorrectly, a colour or a trim that does not match the original garment. That is why the Service shows you every result for review before you download it. You are responsible for checking that an image accurately represents the product you are selling before you publish it. We give no warranty that a result will be accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose.

Where required by law, including the EU AI Act, generated images are marked as AI-generated in their file metadata. You should not remove that marking.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the Service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service depends on third-party providers, and we may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will give reasonable notice and refund unused credits bought within the previous 12 months.

9. Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, abuses the free tier through multiple accounts, or attempts to disrupt the Service. Where the breach is not serious, we will contact you first.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost sales or indirect losses.

If you are a consumer, you keep all rights granted to you by mandatory consumer law in your country of residence; nothing here removes them.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before it takes effect; continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.

12. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes fall to the courts of Melilla, Spain, except that consumers may also bring proceedings in the courts of their own country of residence. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.
